On Wednesday 17^th May 16 girls from years 5/6 took part in the Mini Whistlers Referee Course. Whistlers by England Football is a programme for girls, which introduces them to the core skills of officiating and helps grow their confidence more broadly within a leadership role. The girls were taught the basic knowledge of the laws of the game, developed communication skills and confidence. This course will allow the girls to support the delivery of festivals and competitions to younger year groups.
