    On Friday 3rd November Alderman Jacobs hosted the Fenland Cross Country Championships. Five schools from accross the Fenland area took part.

    On Friday 13th October Mr Brown took two teams of Yr 5/6 Rugby Players to the Whittlesey Schools Tag Rugby Tournament. Each team played two matches.

  • Class Italy ~ Playground Games Festival

    On Friday 6th October Class Italy had the opportunity to go to Neale Wade Academy to take part in a Playground Games Festival. The children took part in an Opening Ceremony, during which they warmed up performing the partnership dance.

  • Grandparents in School.

    Today Grandparents had the opportunity to come into school for a few hours and work alongside their grandchildren. Some were shown the library and helped to choose a new reading book, whilst others helped answer questions during comprehension.

  • Sports Stacking

    Children In KS2 had the opportunity to learn about Sports Stacking during their assembly time on Thursday 28th September. There was a demonstration of the how the cups are stacked, the different size cups that can be stacked and the world records that have been set.

    Once again pupils at Alderman Jacobs took part, an excelled in, a wide variety of sports this year. They included Tennis, Tri-Golf, Fenland Netball Tournament, Bikeability Training, Healthy Lifestyles Day and many more.

    Pupils had a great time on Healthy Lifestyles Day. They took part in many different physical activites, as well as learning about healthy eating and making healthy food.

  • Yr 2 Performance

    Year 2 have been working extremely hard this half term on their end of year performance. We took our favourite books from the year, and brought them to life on stage.

     

     

  • Yr 4/5/6 Sports Day

    Fortunately the sun shone brightly to enable the posponed sports day to get underway. Once again the event was well supported by family an friends.

  • Yr 2 & 3 Sports Day

    Sadly the Yr 4, 5 & 6 Sports Day had to be cancelled due to rain (now 5th July at 9.15am), but the weather cleared up just enough to enable the Yr 2 & 3 sports day to go ahead.
