Good evening! After some initial difficulty uploading to the blog post, Mr Winfield has saved the day so we can now update you all. We’ve had a great first day with minimal rain. We visited the city walls and discussed how they would have been used to protect the city years ago. We saw some impressive views of surrounding York also. Then we toured the Minster and learnt lots of interesting information from our tour guide. As soon as the sun came out we went for ice creams! After dinner, we played games and chilled out with a biscuit before bed. Everybody is tucked up safe and sound... now to see who falls asleep first.
