  • Year 5/6 Whittlesey Schools Football Tournament

    Published 19/05/23

On Thursday 19th June, AJS took three Year 6 teams to a Year 5/6 Football tournament at Sir Harry Smith Community College. The tournament was played on a round robin basis against teams from New Road Primary School and Park Lane Primary School. The teams worked extremely well together passing the ball, creating space and scoring goals.  Team one finished joint 2nd overall, team two 4th overall and team three 5th overall.  I was very impressed with the children’s excellent sportsmanship and teamwork. Well done to all the players that took part, you were a pleasure to take and excellent ambassadors for AJS.
