Straw Bears Out of School Club - March 2021
During the period of COVID-19 policies and procedures for the club have been amended to reflect current safety guidance and to allow additional cleaning.
The club will be limited to 30 children, on a first come first served basis. A booking will need to be made and paid for, using the usual school gateway procedure, at least 2 days in advance. If a place is booked and then not used, no refund or credit will be given. If a school bubble needs to closed due to a confirmed case within school, credits can be given to those children directly affected by the closure.
No bookings will be taken after the booking time has closed. If your child is not going to attend after you’ve booked, please let us know for safeguarding reasons. Your child will not be accepted if you do not have a place and our usual procedures for Uncollected Children will be carried out in line with Club and School policies.
An additional £10.00 charge will be made for those children who arrive without a booking.
Hours and prices will be:
7.45am – 8.45am £3.50 per session per child
3.15pm – 5.00pm £6.00 per session per child
3.15pm - 5.45pm £7.50 per session per child
(A late collection charge of £10 will be made if children are not collected by 5.55pm)
If you have completed a contract with us, it will continue. If you wish to use the facility for the first time, please complete and return the forms below and contact the school office.
In line with government guidance we must draw parent’s attention to the increased risks of children attending multiple settings and activities.
