Our final day was going to be a hot and sunny one, much to everyone’s delight. After a surprisingly efficient packing and emptying of rooms,  we embarked upon our morning of environmental art.

We began by looking at some examples of environmental artists and then we went outside to gather natural pieces for our bookmarks. We planned and made them and then left them in the sun to ‘set’.  Next was the team art challenge which was great fun.  First we decided what our picture would be and then we chose a background that was suitable.  Racing against the clock, all three teams completed their masterpieces.  We finished our creative morning with some clay sculpting.
